Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have an important role in driving economic growth, but still face various obstacles in managing business operations, especially related to recording transactions, managing inventory, and preparing business reports, which are still carried out semi-manually. This situation is also experienced by Laryn, a dimsum processed food producer located in Sidoarjo Regency. This Community Service activity aims to support Laryn's digital transformation by implementing a web-based Point-of-Sale (POS) application to enhance business management efficiency. The implementation method uses an Agile approach, encompassing observation, system requirements analysis, design, application development, testing, implementation, training, and evaluation. The results of the activity indicate that the developed POS application is capable of integrating sales transaction management, inventory, and business reporting into one centralized system. In addition, the training and mentoring provided have successfully improved partners' ability to utilize digital technology to support business operations. The evaluation results of 17 participants showed a very good level of implementation effectiveness with an average value of 4.8 on a scale of 5. This finding indicates that implementing POS applications can be a strategy to improve operational efficiency, data management quality, and the competitiveness of MSMEs in the digital transformation era.
